TEAM MANAGER - VALORANT

About this role NTG is hiring a Team Manager for its Valorant division. This is the role that keeps a six-month roster actually running. You find the scrims, you build the schedule around five players availability, and you make sure everyone is where they said they would be, on time. When the calendar holds, the coaching works. When it slips, the cycle is wasted. Responsibilities Source scrims. Find and book weekly scrim partners at an appropriate level, and keep a working network of contacts across Indian rosters. Build the schedule. Collect availability from every player, find the windows that work, and schedule day-to-day practice and team meetings around them. Own attendance. Track who shows up and when. Ensure sessions start on time. Chase late and missing players. Own the calendar. Registrations, deadlines, match scheduling, roster lock dates, and tryout logistics. Missing one registration deadline ends a cycle. Handle tournament administration and travel coordination for offline events Maintain documentation for contracts, rosters, and prize records Report directly to NTG management on attendance failures, players who are consistently irregular, and any team chemistry issues developing inside the roster. Requirements This role is judged on deadlines met and sessions that started on time. Fluent with WhatsApp, Discord, (Finding scrims) and spreadsheets Available on match days, without exception Prior community team or tournament experience preferred, not mandatory Able to hold players to a schedule and follow up without being managed into it Compensation and benefits Share of team prize money Commission on sponsorships you personally secure Free arena access and food and beverage credit Credited in roster announcements and on broadcast Contract term Six months, aligned to the roster lock.
