About this role NTG is looking for one creator to own the orgs Valorant content end to end live on stream, behind the camera, and in the edit. You stream under the NTG tag, cover the tournaments NTG runs and competes in, shoot the arena days, and cut the footage into content that carries the org across YouTube and social. It is a single role because it is a single job: the person who was in the room is the person best placed to cut what happened in it. You keep your own channel, your own audience, and your own identity throughout. Responsibilities On stream and on camera Stream from the NTG arena on a fixed weekly schedule under the NTG tag Stream NTG-run tournaments and NTG Esports matches, including the rosters competitive fixtures Host watch parties and viewing events Represent NTG on camera at lounge events and tournaments Grow Valorant as a title through both your personal brand and NTGs while you stream Behind the camera and in the edit Film scrims, match days, tryouts, and lounge events Cut clips from your own streams and from match footage into short-form content for the NTG YouTube channel and social platforms Deliver edited reels within 24 hours of an event Build visual branding assets player intros, graphics, result posts Know Valorant well enough to spot the moment worth cutting Requirements An existing audience of any size consistency matters more than follower count A streaming schedule you can actually sustain Comfortable on camera and professional on stream Practical experience with Premiere, CapCut, or After Effects, plus a portfolio Access to equipment that shoots clean 1080p camera or smartphone Working knowledge of Valorant and the competitive scene Compensation and benefits Monthly honorarium with performance incentives, covering both streamed hours and approved deliverables Free arena and studio access, with no hourly fees during your scheduled slots Food and beverage credit on stream and shoot days Revenue share on brand partnerships you personally secure Referral commission on lounge bookings and tournament sign-ups Promotion across NTGs social channels and content collaboration with the esports division You retain your personal channel, audience, and IP in full Location and hours Mangaluru, Karnataka.
