NTG VALORANT ROSTER

About this opportunity NTG is building its first fully backed Valorant roster and locking it for six months. This is not a rotating tryout pool. A single squad is selected, signed for one six-month competitive cycle, and developed as a unit under a contracted international Head Coach, supported day to day by an in-house Assistant Coach at the NTG arena. We are building from the ground up. You do not need a résumé of tier-1 appearances. You need raw mechanical ability, the discipline to be coached, and the willingness to put in daily reps. Applications are open to players across India. This intake runs once. When the roster locks, it stays locked for the full cycle. What NTG provides A contracted international Head Coach running the tactical system, with a structured coaching curriculum delivered in-house An in-house Assistant Coach at the arena for daily execution, drills, and first-pass VOD review Full arena support for players at the Mangaluru facility: free station, peripherals, screens, and practice hours at no cost, plus dedicated setup on scrim and tournament days One to two organised tournaments every month under the NTG tag Broadcast and social exposure across NTGs channels, with credited appearances on every match and content post A real development pathway, NTGs objective is to build players who compete above the tier they came in at What NTG expects Daily practice. One to two hours of structured practice every day, on your assigned role. Weekly scrims. One to two scheduled scrims per week where you execute the strategies you have been taught. Scrim blocks are not optional. Monthly competition. One to two tournaments per month, online or at the arena. Reviews and meetings. Attendance at VOD reviews and team meetings alongside the coaching staff. Role discipline. Hold your assigned role Duelist, Initiator, Controller, Sentinel, or Flex as directed by the coaching staff. Clean accounts. No smurfing on org accounts, no boosting, no cheat-adjacent software. Zero tolerance. Attendance Attendance is the single hardest requirement of this roster and is treated as a performance metric in its own right. Players who miss scheduled practice, scrims, reviews, or tournaments without prior notice receive a formal warning. A small number of warnings is issued before removal. Repeat absence results in immediate release from the roster, mid-cycle, without further review. If you cannot commit to showing up daily for six months, this is not the right intake for you. Performance and retention Performance is reviewed continuously by the coaching staff and formally at the end of the cycle. Retention into the next roster cycle is earned on individual performance, coachability, and attendance record not on tenure. Compensation This cycle carries no player stipend. NTG is absorbing the full cost of international coaching, arena time, equipment, and tournament entry for the duration of the six-month cycle. That investment goes into the players. Stipends will be introduced for future NTG Valorant rosters and are allocated on performance. Players who deliver in this cycle are first in line when they are. We would rather state this plainly upfront than surprise you after selection. Eligibility Ascendant 2 or above on the account you will compete with Aged 14 or above.
